Looking Ahead

All in all, even though this trip to Bonneville didn’t yield any records, we did qualify three times and were the first Ducati over 200 and now 210 mph at Bonneville.  To get closer to the 230 mph record will require a lot of time, work and money.  Just the trip out and back, with entry fees, gasoline and motel rooms is considerable.  Without an all-volunteer crew it would not be even conceivable.

We are hoping to be able to work towards a fundraising effort that will allow us to continue these efforts in the future.  Bonneville is a very singular effort where everyone has heard of it but few are familiar with it.  We are open to suggestions as to how to accomplish this or if there is an individual or business who has an interest in becoming a sponsor of this effort, there is a lot of room on some very well-presented motorcycles that are unique to themselves in the world.  Different levels of involvement are available.  It has been years since I have solicited sponsorship, but the opportunity to share our excitement about a growing and successful program with those around us has made this possible.   Please feel free to contact us through our website, email or by phone with any questions you may have.

Thank you.
